OrganoPlate® 3-lane 64

OrganoPlate® comes in multiple formats to support different (co-)culture setups allowing you to develop complex 3D tissue- and organ models.

OrganoPlate® 3-lane 64 features:

  • 64 independent tissue culture chips designed for automated workflows
  • 3 adjacent channels per chip
  • Direct access to the apical and basal lumen of tubules

The OrganoPlate® 3-lane 64 is specifically designed for automation workflows, such as automated liquid handling instruments. Each chip contains one in-gel culture channel, with perfusion channels on each side. This enables the development of complex (co)cultures in multiple configurations. Compounds and stimuli can directly be added from the apical and basolateral sides of the culture. With this direct access, the platform enables perfusion and supports various barrier integrity-, transport-, and migration assays.
