Antibody transcytosis across the blood-brain barrier (BBB)

We developed a unique 3D and membrane-free BBB-on-a-chip model compromising human brain endothelial cells, astrocytes, and pericytes. The model allows studying barrier function and antibody transcytosis in high-throughput.
