Built on best-in-class adult stem cell derived organoids, MIMETAS supplements its kidney models with perfused vasculature and immune cells to study chronic kidney disease, transport and toxicity.


Kidney Complexity Tailored to Your Research Question
MIMETAS offers patient-derived adult stem cell tubular models that can be differentiated into proximal or distal states. These perfused models can include vasculature and immune cells. MIMETAS also provides glomerulus models with primary podocytes and glomerular endothelium.

Perfused epithelia (adult stem cell derived tubuloids, proximal/distal, RPTECs)
Immune-inclusive co-cultures: human monocyte integration (donor-specific immune cells)
Immune-stimulated inflammation using complement-activated serum
Stromal support components (e.g. fibroblasts or pericytes to mimic the kidney interstitial microenvironment)
